• The sessions last for one hour.
• The number of sessions required is dependent on individual need and will be discussed in the first session.
• Once the contract is agreed, it will be regularly reviewed by client and counsellor.

All counselling work is bound by a strict code of confidentiality and again will be fully discussed at the first meeting.

• Individuals: £45.00 per hour
• Couples: £50.00 per hour
• Supervision: £50 per hour

Fees are payable at the end of the session or by invoice.

At least 48 hours notice will be required if you need to cancel a session or the full fee will be payable
